Laritech also designs and manufactures products that we sell under our own name. Our first design was a 12 volt power supply used in the hobby industry. The purpose of this design was to provide a source of 12V power for the hobby enthusiast from a standard 110V outlet. This product eliminates the need to have a clunky 12V lead acid battery for charging battery packs and starting engines.  The small size and weight (two pounds) make it ideal for traveling to the track or flying field.

Another design is a multi-zone thermostat targeted for the radiant heating industry. Radiant heat involves running hot water through pipes in the floor of a house or building. It provides a very natural ‘glow’ inside the house that is very pleasing. Our high-end controller is able to control multiple zones of radiant heat, as well as other modules such as humidity and barometric pressure.

The Hooptinator is a device we designed out of necessity. In 2006, Atmel discontinued support for the 10 pin ISP in-system programming header.  All of our designs, up to that point, had used that header so we needed to design a board that would convert from the 10 pin AVR ISP header to 6 pin AVR ISP header.  We added a power connector and diode protection so that the target board could be powered through the 10 pin AVR ISP header.
