Line One PCB Assembly: high mix printed circuit board assembly

Line One PCB Assembly

Fully automated and designed for quick turn high volume and high mix technology PCB's, Line One equipment includes a Tyco board de-stacker, MPM automatic screen printer with paste inspection, three Siemens Siplace pick and place machines, and a Heller reflow oven. This PCB line is rated for 49,000 placements per hour and can effortlessly place from 0201 up to 55mm square BGAs and fine pitch components with an accuracy of 38um.

Line Two PCB Assembly: quick turn, low mix printed circuit board assembly

Line Two PCB Assembly

Line Two is designed for quick turn low mix technology PCB's. Equipment includes a Manncorp screen printer, Siemens Siplace pick and place machine, and a Heller reflow oven. This PCB line is rated for 20,000 placements per hour and can effortlessly place from 0201 up to 13mm square BGAs and fine pitch components with an accuracy of 68um.

Line Three PCB Assembly: low-cost, low-technology printed circuit board assembly

Line Three PCB Assembly

Designed for low-cost and low-technology PCB's, Line Three equipment includes a Manncorp screen printer, Juki pick and place, and Heller reflow oven. This PCB line is rated for 4500 placements per hour and can place from 0402 up to 51mm square components.

Line Four PCB Assembly

Designed for thru-hole and mixed surface mount/thru-hole technology PCB's, Line Four includes a full complement of component prep equipment and a Vitronics-Soltec Midi-Wave 16" wave solder machine. A Hakko mini wave provides thru-hole rework capability.

Line Five

Designed for mechanical assembly and box builds, Line Five includes all the necessary tools to provide full turnkey finished products for our customers including functional test and burn-in.
