Laritech currently utilizes three production lines for manufacturing PCB's. Each line is specialized for unique customer requirements.

Line One PCB Manufacturing

Designed for low-cost and low-technology PCB's, Line One equipment includes a Manncorp 4500R screen printer, Juki Placemat 570 pick and place, and Heller 1700 reflow oven. This PCB line is rated for 4500 placements per hour and can place from 0402 up to 2 inch square BGAs.

Line Two PCB Manufacturing

Fully automated and designed for higher volume and high mix technology PCB's, Line Two equipment includes a Kanetic board de-stacker, DEK 260 automatic screen printer, Siemens Siplace CF pick and place, and a Heller 1700W reflow oven. This PCB line is rated for 9000 placements per hour and can effortlessly place from 0201 up to 2 inch square BGAs with an accuracy of 38um.

Line Three PCB Manufacturing

Designed for thru-hole and mixed surface mount/thru-hole technology PCB's, Line Three includes a full compliment of component prep equipment. A Vitronics-Soltec Midi-Wave 16" wave solder machine and a Pro-Con Technologies Pro-Flow mini wave provide thru-hole rework capability.
