      Starting at $25 per hour Full Time, Non-Exempt / ITAR - Perform FIRST ARTICLE inspection for all level boards and record results 
- Perform INCOMING inspections for all level boards and components and record results 
- Perform FINAL inspections of completed assemblies in accordance with procedures and requirements and record results 
- Ensure accuracy of test equipment by checking against standards 
- Review and sign company certifications as required 
- Check returned/rejected material for status 
- Perform random check of in-process jobs as necessary 
- Maintain process and swiftness of department yields and accuracy 
- Maintain quality records relating to all inspection activities 
- Follow instructions with great care and precision

      Starting at $20 per hour Full Time, Non-Exempt / ITAR - Perform programming and testing processes on a variety PCBA’s using prescribed test procedures. 
- Follow written and verbal procedures/instructions with attention to detail and a focus on quality. 
- Use electrical test equipment including: Oscilloscope, DMM, AC/DC power supply, and customer-supplied test fixtures. 
- Proficient in basic computer skills including Word, Excel, Windows Operating System environment. 
- Dispositioning of non-conforming material. * Maintain accurate records of work performed. 
- Document program/test results on shop travelers. 
- Meet strict deadlines for product shipments. 
- Ensure test equipment is properly maintained and operational. 
- Must be able to communicate information with others, read/speak/write English. 
- Interface with Test Department personnel regarding test and quality issues.

      Starting at $29 per hour Full Time, Non-Exempt / ITAR - Independently identify and analyze complex electronic system malfunctions using advanced testing equipment, diagnostic tools, and schematics. 
- Develop a deeper understanding of electronic circuits and systems to efficiently diagnose issues. 
- Perform advanced repairs on electronic devices and systems, including the replacement of intricate components. 
- Contribute to the development of repair strategies and provide recommendations for improving system reliability. 
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of troubleshooting processes and repairs performed. 
- Generate comprehensive technical reports, including root cause analysis and solutions implemented. 
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Level 1 Technicians, sharing knowledge and best practices. 
- Assist in the training and development of junior technicians within the team. 
- Actively participate in identifying opportunities for process improvement within the troubleshooting and repair workflow. 
- Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to implement enhancements and optimize electronic systems. 
- Conduct thorough testing and calibration to ensure the quality and reliability of repaired electronic systems. 
- Implement and adhere to quality control measures to meet industry standards.
